It was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing The first night I noticed my sheets were damp. I started to cough and was very cold all night. The next day I noticed my sheets were changed and when I sat on the bed my back became soaking wet. I noticed the sheets had been changed and were so wet I could wring the water out. My whole bed was wet. I called the housekeeper and they apologised and changed my sheets they gave me dry ones. We always stay at this beautiful hotel. And my family always stay here. We love the spa and casino. Because I was there only two nights and became very sick from the wet sheets. I won’t ever stay there again. It was embarrassing to complain but I could not sleep in soaking wet sheets. The chamber maid apologised to me. But I ask myself. Why did she put wet sheets on my bed first the second night in a row. Very disappointing.

The staff at Southern Sun Hyde Park are very friendly and professional! The food is phenomenal, seriously very good. My highlight was being able to work and have room service delivered at 10pm with a delicious avo salad! Great location and safe area by the reception to get Ubers!

A big thank you to hospitality, Selene Reddy, Grace Kobe, Yvonne and the rest of the staff for making our wedding anniversary a memorable one to remember. They have been remarkable in the setting up of our stay at the hotel. Our cleaner Zamo was amazing and she was so good in everything. The extra mile the hotel went to accommodate us with the delicious dinners, relaxing Spa treatments, amazing breakfast has captured our hearts and that we will definitely return. Everyone in the hotel were helpful, kind, friendly and very patient. Will definitely be back. My husband has fallen Inlove with room 218 and on our next visit I'm gona book the same room over again. Keep up the good work and team spirit Fairway Hotel. Well Done!

Staff so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for the Massages are really good and very good value ( half if not less than in England) really with having one eg a 90 minute massage was £40!!!
