I had such a fantastic experience both with the rooms, hotel and especially the most kind and lovely personnel. I kept on extending my stay because I felt so comfortable and cared for. The food was fantastic, so I ate all my meals there. I got to experience 3 rooms during my stay, which were all really nicely designed and comfortable.

The space was well lit and aired. The ACs were not dusty. The space was clean and had enough amenities to make our stay comfortable. Communication by the host was excellent and they would check in at every stage to confirm that we have arrived and settled in well. They also provided a clear step by step guide on how to access the space which made it easy for us to check in.

Our experience at Heritage Place was fantastic. The office staff ensured all paperwork was completed before our arrival, making check-in quick and seamless. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the staff at both the resort and check-in office were incredibly helpful, ensuring all our requests were met. Our accommodation was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The private pool and self-catering facilities were the highlight of our stay, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. The added bonus? The golf cart, which made exploring the estate so much fun! Overall, Heritage Place exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return for another stay.

It is absolutely spotless, cleaning staff was on the ball and very accommodating as we were busy during the usual cleaning times. Location of Lofts on Lorna was great as it near the beach and Ballito cbd. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful, always met us with a smile. The bed was the best part of the stay, after a long flight, it almost felt rewarding sleeping on that comfy bed.
