Great service from Shawn(Sean) and his wife ,if you enjoy the outdoors like camping then you will enjoy this place,road is a little rough as its a long gravel road but it is in a peaceful area which is understandable. Everything was great ,if anything the hot water pressure could be a little stronger but other than that we highly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

The dam is dirty and full of water plants. The place stinks. All the old beautiful restaurants are left empty and broken. There are rubbish in the streets. What used to be such a lovely weekend trip is now a disaster. We will definitely not go back to Harties

It was great, the Manager Simon was a great host and the lady was also helpful. they made our stay very memorable the place is accessible to the shopping complex and user friendly. The views and aesthetics were beautiful.

Municipal services poor, water, roads, street names, robots, traffic control, road signs. closed restaurants, etc etc not conducive to tourism !! Much room for major improvements to make this area the best tourist destination of North-west province!!

Hartbeespoort is perfect for a quiet, solo or romantic...

Hartbeespoort is perfect for a quiet, solo or romantic getaway. The people are extremely friendly everywhere and there is so much to do. Alot of the attractions are close to each other and can be planned within good proximity. The only struggle I had was that I should have driven here because uber/bolt is a bit of a struggle many times especially in some areas and can be a bit expensive. Overall, my trip has been amazing and will definitely me recommending it and returning again soon.

We loved all the activities offered in Harties, I would just a bit more information to visitors in terms of the facilities like shopping malls could be shared. Also, for other sites that offered activities to share the all the activities e.g. indicating that one can come and have a picnic after activities or can buy food/drinks at the place.

Hartbeespoort is a nice place for a short getaway. There is plenty to see and do but it seems restaurants are charging astronomical prises for relatively mediocre food. Entrance fees to attractions and activities are also higher than normal

I did not stay at the property because the staff lady at the reception was full of lies saying to me that the room is not ready and it was after 15:00 of which the check in time is 14:00 . Poor service unfortunately I won’t book at the property again.Never ever! The lady is soo rude.she has to attend guest service program so that she can learn better. She charge the baby cot of which they offer for free in 5 star hotels.

Friendly Staff and Breakfast was Fabulous. The Rooms are very neat and comfy. The Morning view over the dam is lovely with a hot cuppa coffee - it is a great way to start the day venturing out to see the sights in and around Hartbeespoort Dam. The Ann van Dyk Cheetah Centre is a must to visit, The Cable Way, the Zoo and of course Jasmyn and Trooper Brewery and Wine Bar.

Property is great. Value for money. It accommodated everyone nicely. We had the experience we needed, where we were not disturbed by anyone. We could be as loud as we wanted as the property is far from the hotel. The facilities and kitchen were very useful. We had everything we wanted.

The room we were allocated was just not impressive at all. It looked a bit dirty, the space is way too small. It was just uncomfortable to even sit on the bed , we had to cancel upon arival and find an alternative hotel
