I had a truly restful stay at The Shepherds Loft. The cottage was cosy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials. Lizzi and her husband were warm, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout. Their kind support and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and genuine hospitality in Hilton.

Beautiful place! Kept the classical charm of the era! Frontline staff were very welcoming and our book-in was a breeze. The room was fresh and clean, can't fault anything. Breakfast had nice arrays of food, Everything was fresh. Staff were good, kind and friendly. Nice restaurants around, refer to pictures.Nice places to eat at was Fables and TERBODORE the Coach house. Hilton is a pleasant place with nice shops and restaurants. Something you can’t avoid is Potholes 🤣

Hilton is a beautiful place. Mostly if you are a traveler who loves nature and being connected with yourself, waking up to the sound of the birds, water fall and mountains. It is such a beautiful area even the people around there are very welcoming and you feel like you at home

Excellent accommodation and furnishings. Tastefully furnished. Upmarket feeling. We didn’t experience any outages while there even though Eskom announced an outage. Not sure whether there was an inverter. One suggestion for improvement would be the provision of a toaster.

We booked three rooms. The first two single rooms were great. Our room unfortunately was not. It was quite far away. The walk to it was tricky. The room had an interleading passage and someone else was on the other side. We could hear all their movements as the door was quite thin and because they had to walk past our front door which was our main source of natural light we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time so it felt very much like a airport hotel. The other two rooms were fine but ours was substandard
