The furnishings were lovely and the staff super helpful, professional and polite. Place was also very clean and tidy. Menu was varied and the meals deliciously plentiful. Nice security for the building and the car parking garage on site

Absolutely impressed with the unit we booked, the photos did not do justice. From the view to your own balcony to the private rooftop, to the ocean theme details throughout the unit, to the privacy of this specific unit was just unbelievable. The security was excellent and the accessibility to the pool, beach and all amenities was just too convenient. The complimentary items and contents provided literally make the stay just too perfect. The host was absolutely helpful and on time to hand us the key and extremely friendly. The covered parking and accessibility to the unit was another plus. The unit had excellent wifi coverage, dstv and netflix. The unit was unbelievably spacious with 2 bathrooms, the linen and architecture was just on point. We will definitely be back to that exact unit as the location of it in that complex is just picture perfect and very private. This gem of a coastal accommodation gets an 11/10 rating from us.

I loved my stay here on the Larnaco Estate. It's a very safe, quiet and upmarket residential area and easy to get into Durban and back by car making it a great base for the city. The room was very comfortable, and I loved the "Cape Cod" decor throughout. Neil and Gerda were amazing hosts, really salt-of-the-earth type of people, and it was a pleasure to have met them. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😁

Kingsburgh looks like it needs more security at the beach car guards are and hobos are sleeping on the pavement,loud music coming from cars at night in the car park until 1h00 in the morning.Water shortages so people are using the beach taps to full their containers by the truck loads to take home.

HI I never stayed there we contacted the person in charge...

HI I never stayed there we contacted the person in charge because we weren't happy to stay there as nobody was there to greet us and the cleaning lady wasn't very friendly and nobody else was on the property. We have requested to be reimbursed and was told it would be done a week after the reservation was done.

The view was good.

The view was good. There’s no air cons and fan in one room didn’t work.Was very uncomfortable in the extreme high temp. When I asked for it to be sorted, was told the electrician was not available. Freezer trays not opening. No cleaning service during stay although a fee was charged.

I didn't have a car and relied on lifts from other people I was travelling with. The only issue I noticed during my short stay in the area would be that if I had needed to travel within Kingsburgh, I would have needed access to transport services such as a bus, which I didn't see.

The facility is located at the heart of the nature where there’s trees and greenery. Close to the beach and shopping centres. The facility offers great car parking and good security. The admin is welcoming ,friendly and communicative. The sea breeze and view is exceptional.

The accommodation was great.

The accommodation was great. Located near the shops and malls. Beach walks was great in the mornings. I will recommend The Green Roof to anybody that want's a breakout of the cities and rush. I will definitely book again.
