The breakfast is amazing! It’s such an extensive buffet with loads of options (cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, pastries and bakery goods, selection of fresh artisan breads, a hot buffet with the usual suspects, waffles/pancakes and eggs made to order). The rooms are a good size and the bed and linen is incredibly comfortable. I loved having a bath tub as part of the bathroom set up. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful and friendly. They helped me get a doctor when the cold I caught in transit wouldn’t get better. I ended rebooking to finish off my stay in Cape Town here.

Such helpful and friendly people. Big comfortable bed with big pillows and mini fridge and coffee maker. The room was serviced daily and a restaurant was housed within the hotel serving all meals. Great location in a vibrant neighbourhood with restaurants and shops nearby. V&A was approximately 10 minutes by car and Camps Bay 20 minutes. Had a view of table Mountain from my bedroom window.

What is there to say/write? A fabulous place, one can book here with their eyes closed. From the hearty breakfast (eggs, great yoghurt, delicious breads) and carefully crated, to the last details (like the net covers over the carafes), the stocked tea stations, the décor is sublime, all in all a relaxing experience in a central location. Keep going guys! We got some great tips from Russell that in fact changed the orientation of our trip elsewhere in the Western Cape and made a difference, one thing leading to another (e.g. stop offs for specific wineries G Beck in particular, and specific route R62 to take) The whole team approach, including Fatima and Lino (hope the names and spelling are indeed correct) is really evident.
