This lodge is AMAZING! Both common room and private rooms are so lovely. It’s very open and with a lot of windows so you can enjoy the beautiful view at all time. All the staff did so much effort to make our stay as nice as possible. The food was also sooo good. We enjoyed the game drives a lot and even managed to see the full big 5 during our 2 nights at this lodge.

Every detail was paid attention to. The main lodge and the lodge cabins are beautifully designed and in excellent state. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. Drinks are very affordable. Game drives are comfortable, educative and fun and Malvin is an experienced ranger. The pool is fabulous and so large and clean you want to swim laps all afternoon. I can’t think of anything thay needs to be improved. We were there just before Christmas 2024 with 4 teen/adult children.

This property was a pleasant surprise, and we loved being right on the river. The units are basic, but have all that you need to have an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again if travelling that way, or even for a little getaway.
