Very friendly welcome even though we arrived late in the middle of a storm. Spacious apartment with all amenities in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Despite load shedding the owners made sure that we had the essentials in terms of light, hot water etc. Location close to airport was perfect for us.

The view was absolutely amazing, all the facilities we needed including microwave, cutlery and fridge... EVEN ICE was provided. Everything was clean and tidy. No complaints whatsoever

If you love interior design, this is the place to be in Ballito! The house is flooded with light and huge glass surfaces. The view is spectacular. Every detail has been taken care of in the furnishings. The rooms are huge with every imaginable comfort. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower that was out of sight. Special mention should be made of exceptional hospitality. Jackie and her team made restaurant reservations for us, organized the whale watching tour and even took us to the restautant. Amazing property, so stunning - the photos really don't do it justice. The architecture is incredible - every room is surrounded by glass and filled with natural light. The infinity pool is incredible. Charles and his wife Jackie are extremely welcoming hosts. there is a beautiful tidal pool. The breakfast was really amazing. We would strongly recommend this place!

Very stylish, new, modern and overall good-looking interior. Rooms are very spacious with also high ceilings creating an airy modern atmosphere. Family-room about 80 m2! Cleaning impeccable everywhere. Very friendly, welcoming and service-minded staff with also personal engagement from the owner. A good restaurant with lots of great food and drinks, which was also popular by local guests, which is aleays a good sign. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the place, the host is kind-hearted.We arrived around 23:00 and he arranged for easy access to the property. The night shift security officer was very friendly, and he assisted us with our luggage.

It's peaceful and easy to travel through, not a lot of...

It's peaceful and easy to travel through, not a lot of traffic and impatient people around. Friendly people that make an effort to give you directions and suggestions. The ocean is beautiful, great for fishing and family picnics. The staff at the Spar and other shops are friendly and kind.

Lovely space.

Lovely space. Works well for people wanting access to Ballito but not staying in Ballito. We did not mind the driving towards that side for anything really. The unit is convenient, big enough and has utensils that one would need for a long stay. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and dining on the lovely dining area. WiFi would be so convenient for the place as we sometimes lost signal. Extra blankets in the cupboards for chilly nights would be appreciated - yes there is one blanket per bed but extra wouldn’t hurt. Also bring your own basics, salt and pepper, sugar/tea, we have seen some accommodation provide these so we had that expectation I guess. It wasn’t such a train smash. We enjoyed the Ballito Lifestyle; it has The Market - there’s a variety of restaurants and shops. Loved it so much we went twice during our stay. We also enjoyed a nice 5km run on the day we were checking out just outside the unit, we ran left from BH and into a gated community then back through to the upper circle - that gave us 5km. So awesome. If you’d like to do some laundry you’ll have to buy your own auto soap - that also includes dishwasher. Bring your own coffee plunger and coffee if you’re into it. Uber is always close by so it is a convenient place if you’re not driving. We drove to Ballito Parkrun on Saturday, there’s also a bar/coffee cafe afterwards so one can hang out there.

What I like: the apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms. It has a full kitchen, a fridge, a diswahsher and washer too! The view of the apratment is the best which looks straight to the beach front. The apartment is very clean with full amenties. Internet is stable and fast. Each bedroom has their own flat screen TV. The lounge is huge and big flat screen TV. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The owners are great. What could be improved: I wish the apartment has aircond as it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Bottom line: the apartment offers the beest value for money. I fully recommend it to evryone to cisit Durban.

The location is great and the agent managing the place was...

The location is great and the agent managing the place was very friendly and always available. The place was not properly clean when we got there and the alarm endlessly tripped, which meant I got called up every night and every time there was scheduled loadshedding.

Westbrook is a quite beach resort on the KZN North coast 10kms south of Ballito with a mixture of holiday homes and permanent residents. There are no shops in Westbrook apart from a shop at local filling station. Westbrook offers a quiet seaside holiday with easy access to other major N. Coast centres and beaches such as Ballito and Umhlanga.
