Very clean and centrally located in Lusaka. We could get an early check-in which was very convenient. The area feels quite safe, close to a mall and shops. Bus terminal within walking distance.

The location is very nice, in a quiet area. The hotel is very new and facilities are excellent. Good breakfast. Jack and Paxina were exceptional in their customer service. As well as all the other staff who made our stay comfortable. We will certainly come back again.

I enjoyed my stay at Protea, Cairo Road. The price is quite rock bottom for the location right at the heart of Lusaka City, and for the services. Meals are reasonably priced and delicious. The room was regularly cleaned, and my laundry was well done. The staff was always friendly, courteous and willing to assist. Even though the place doesn't have swimming pool, the team was willing to assist me access swimming pool at their other facilities. The gym is small but has everything one needs to keep. Shout out to the staff who served me. Special mention to Taonga and Favour

Well located, I even had an option for either join the gym or do jogging outside. I took jogging outside and the area is quite good as there are pedestrian pathways. The staff addressed my issues, e.g., initially the room was given was smelly because of someone who used and was smoking, the staff quickly changed the me to a better room (non-smoking)
