The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional. They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. To top it off, the spa treatments were top-notch

We had a truly wonderful stay at Eastern Road Executive Suites in Harare. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Linda, who was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. She made us feel right at home. The lady who cleaned our rooms was equally kind and thoughtful — she even offered us some warm tea in the morning and went out of her way to help us with our bags. The hospitality we received throughout our stay was exceptional and genuinely heartwarming. The environment was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, a perfect place to relax and feel at ease. We’re so grateful for the amazing service and will definitely return whenever we’re in Harare again. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 5 travelling in Zimbabwe and we stayed at Malcolm Lodge for 3 nights. it is a beautiful place- with lovely gardens and pool. The rooms were a great size and really clean with a fantastic shower. The staff were exceptional- Tracey was very helpful and friendly, nothing was an issue. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Harare

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Manor House. From the moment I booked, the communication with the host was outstanding—prompt, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself is immaculate and incredibly secure, giving me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. One of the standout features was the reliable backup power, which made everything run smoothly even during outages. The attention to detail and comfort was evident in every corner of the house.
