Condos in Val Thorens

No ski storage in the basement, i raised this with booking.com who said skis storage not available so having only one key fob for the lift was a nightmare when my family came back at different times as had to walk up 5 floors with ski equipment. Not fun at all. Also I order bed linen prior to getting there but this wasn't there upon arrival, I had to message booking.com not wanted I wanted really after a 600 mile drive Outside the entrance to the apartment was dirty and grubby with, hundreds of cigarette butt's, beer bottles, fast food wrappings and uneaten pizza etc etc. Also dog feaces which remained all week.. Not what I expected from a high end ski resort. Good value for money but I won't go back in a hurry
