This place was incredible - very new,across from the beach, great for coffee, bars and restaurants, basically $5 in a Tuk Tuk to anywhere you need to go outside of walking distance! The pool at sunset was absolutely amazing! Our host Nimal was incredibly fantastic to deal with… the Negombo beach on a Sunday arvo needs to be experienced… ‘fish on a stick’ and shots with the locals was the best!

We rented two studio's with friends and our studio was very nice and new. Our friends'studio however was mucht more bare-bone. hence the rating of 8, a mix of 7 and 9. Location is close to the beach and many restaurants close by. Swimming pool on the roof is a great asset!

nice apartment at a apartment complex. Clean and well furnished it come with a small kitchen and 55 inch tv with unlimited internet. We had a really good relaxing time . apartment is exactly as advertised and very comfortable.
