The condo was excellent! Very clean and roomy with a walkout to a patio and garden. The roof top swimming pool and exercise room were outstanding. The location was superb: 7-11 store just outside, grocery store around the corner, 2 minute walk to 5th avenue and 5 minute walk to the beach! The parking garage was very accessible. Rafael and Liana were both very helpful. I will try to book the same condo next time I go to Playa del Carmen!

The hot tub inside the room was fabulous! The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked very well. The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom area of the room were so cute!! We felt safe and the location was amazing as well. They even provided parking for our rental car!

Not sure where to start. I really had a lovely time at the hotel. The apartments were very spacious, and relaxing among the plants on the terrace with coffee... Only great memories from there! A big thank you to the staff, who were lovely and helpful.

The staff was super helpful at all times (many special thanks to Tali and Agos, they made our stay superb! with recommendations and tips). The apartment was super clean, spacious, luminous, with a huge balcony and an amazing view. Previous to the check-in, a locker was provided while we waited for the room and we could start using the facilities (pool and bathrooms). The rooftop pool was really nice and with much needed parasols, towels provided for its usage, and it was allowed to drink your own beverages. Location might not seem super central BUT is right next to several main avenues (CTM, 10th Ave and 5th Ave) which have plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Close to the alternate bus station, 50 mxn pesos taxi to the ferry station, and a few blocks from the beach.

The hotel is amazing! It has good localisation in the city center and offers plenty of interesting activities as a free entry to the gym or a massage. The condos are big, spacious and well equipped. The parking is available. Also the stuff is very pleasant and helpful. Truly recommend!

The amenities (gym, pool, room) were fantastic. The photos are exactly what it looks like. We stayed in one of the Penthouse rooms which also includes a rooftop with a hot tub. The hotel was professionally managed and everything we needed was provided and waiting in our rooms. The extras like including access to a brilliant gym, complimentary massages and discount on a number of restaurants in the area was also a great touch. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.
