Flat is spacy, clean and very comfortable to live. You will find everything what you need in it. Even if neighbourhood is "authentic" :), in reality is not so bad as google says. We stayed for a week and didnt have any slightest problems walking in those streets (even in late evenings). So I advice you not to be scared about the neighbourhood :). There is a very good thing about it - its very central and many touristic places reachable by foot. House itsels and apartment is wonderfull. We were 4 adults (couple and 2 singles), and it was enough private space for everyone. Host is very helpful and flexilbe, I highly recomend this place.

Very up to date features. Modern eclectic. Two large televisions and a very comfortable living room area. Great location! Also very good communication with the management. The support staff (in this case Spyros) was excellent. We had one small issue with TV service and it was immediately handled.

Amazing hosts, apartment and location. I could not find one thing was was not near perfect in this place. I dont want to stay in a hotel ever again in Athens after this experience. Location is near a metro station, on a quiet street and a block away from a supermarket and some nice restaurants and coffee. You could not ask for a better location. Apartment is clear and newly renovated. The hosts lest me some biscuits, food, water etc which was very nice of them. Wifi speed is good and easy to connect to.

Amazing view!, die in Athen gelegen ist, 900 m von Metro-Station Ethniki Amyna und 4,6 km von National Technical University - Zografou Campus entfernt,... Perfect place for one person. It has everything you need and the terrace and view are amazing. Spyros is also super nice and helpful, I would definitely come back.

Die Unterkunft Modern 2BR city flat 10min from the beach verfügt über Gartenblick und Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einer Terrasse und einem Balkon, ungefähr 3 km von Strand Paralia Flisvos entfernt.... The location is perfect 5min walk to tram, the apartment itself is absolutely perfect for a family. Complete with all the facilities from kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe space. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to the next time.
