I can strongly reccomend this accommodation and host as a to go place when looking for an overnight in Lapu Lapu! Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.

To start when i first arrived that night in Cebu at the hotel had Earthquake 6.5 the building was sound, second the hostess Ioida was really cool my little toddler got sick and she went out her way to help me and my wife get him help offering to come with sister to take to hospital. This is going beyond of the call of duty and i am definitely appreciate of this help. The place is really cool and will rent there once more...

The stay was wonderful! The apartment had everything I needed — from a fully equipped kitchen to small touches like coffee and tea. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, always happy to help and quick to fulfill any request. Cleaning was done whenever I needed it, which made the stay extra comfortable.
