A beautifully furnished and finished living space. Honestly one of the nicest private accommodations I’ve ever seen. Kitchen, furnishings, bathrooms, bedrooms, all very tasteful. Fantastic large space to all share a meal or relax in the lounge. VERY reasonable price for the quality and size. Short drive to shops in Gosford. Do yourself a favour, skip the grotty motels and hotels in the area. It’s still strategically close to the highway, and being set amongst a quiet equestrian facility makes it a nice experience. I will stay again 100%. Elsa and Joel are good folks.

No fault of the property or owners - (just a heads up - As it is a Tiny House, the main loft bed has very little head room - and not good if you are claustrophobic. However the living area has a very comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for a couple. The other quirk was (as it was a unique eco build) the toilet is a “nature loo”, (a bit off putting for city folk - we used the local service station when we wanted a normal loo). Also, despite being an eco home and several cooking appliances - there was no microwave. The owners were lovely to talk to on the phone - and easy to contact - but not very responsive to booking.com messages (better to call direct).

Upon arrival we were wary greeted by Gary, My family had a fantastic weekend staying at The Ranch 🙌🏽 From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with host were smooth and prompt. Place was perfect, spacious clean upon arrival. Entire home is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, providing a cosy and welcoming atmosphere!! 🥰 Amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!! 🙌🏽 Kids enjoyed the pool, they didn’t want to get out 🤣 Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Gary and Chris for making our weekend a memorable stay!! 🙏🏼🫶🏽

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront home! Although it rained during our visit, we still made the most of it by enjoying the cozy fire pit and spending time on the wharf—our kids had a great time fishing and absolutely loved it. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The location was also convenient, just about 9 minutes from the local plaza for anything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway for the whole family.

Lots of small details that made a huge difference. A beautiful Christmas tree, kayak and life jackets, plenty of space and bathrooms enough for a large group and a great view.

Fabulous terrace. We really appreciated olive oil etc for our cooking. When our rental cars were hours late, the owners were kind and helpful, even though they had another booking the day we left.
