The owner was a real gentleman very helpful as it was comfortable warmed up before I got there the bed was lovely to sleep in the kitchen was clean and tidy the bathroom had hot running water instantly everything about the Gite was great the owner even booked a restaurant for me upon my arrival as I was initially concerned that I wouldn’t get dinner in the evening because it was out of Strasbourg city centre and in the countryside this meant the morning was peaceful and quiet without the hustle and bustle of the city for a couple looking for Tranquility and a good night sleep it’s perfect I made a mistake booking this property I had originally thought I was booking somewhere in town Or close to Strasbourg centre but the owner very quickly put me at ease and even offered to cook me a nice breakfast the following morning unfortunately I was leaving a little bit too early and didn’t want to put him to any bother so I missed out on the breakfast I probably won’t stay there again but I would recommend other people do because it really is truly nice I’m travelling and stopping in Strasbourg as a halfway point between West France And the Czech Republic And regularly stop in Strasbourg it’s a beautiful city and this was a beautiful little country village well recommended

Excellent accommodation, it's fully equipped, comfortable and all house amenities work perfectly. There is a little outside area to relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts also welcomed and helped us upon arrival. I totally recommend this place.

The accommodation is compact but perfect for a few days' stay, providing all that's described in as-new condition, and perfectly clean. Even though we had two greyhounds with us there was enough space and we didn't feel crammed. We stayed only for a couple of days during a rather cold blast, but the place felt always toasty. Daria was an excellent host, very helpful and friendly, she made us feel very comfortable and welcome while also responding to all our queries and addressing any issues very promptly. We were also offered some great tasting homemade treats on our arrival, which were very appreciated. The location is very peaceful with lots of picturesque buildings all around. Using the jacuzzi in the early morning hours was super relaxing.

Very nice apartment for a couple! (+ pet!) Sylvie was great, very flexible and nice. We were welcomed with a small bottle of local wine and honey on the house (homemade, that one can also buy from the host)! Bonus: - heating system and water function great - there was no extra cost for our small dog - easy parking near the house - very nice hiking areas close by

The location being in a quiet, beautiful setting in nature yet still able to walk to the town to restuarants and wineries and being next to the Alsace vineyard bike route was a bonus. Everything was high grade i.e. linens, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. Wonderful breakfast with all locally sourced products. Amazing to have a pool for us to enjoy after a day exploring the Alsace. The hosts had wonderful recommendations.

Super-friendly hosts, speaking French, German and English. Apartment recently modernised to excellent standard. Bischoffsheim is a quiet village with 2 bakeries in walking distance. Location great for exploring Alsace if you have own vehicle: safe parking on site, easy reach of motorways both to Colmar and to Strasbourg (we recommend using Park & Ride Baggersee, tram day-ticket included in EUR 4.20 parking fee).
