Luke is a very nice and helpful host. The house is clean. We enjoyed playing boardgames and chatting on the second floor. The beds were comfy. We had a very good sleep.

The place is calm, clean and has nice atmosphere. I very enjoyed the non-busy city vibes. I stayed in beautiful spatial large room with tatami floor. The owner and his dog are very kind people. He drove me to the Takatsuki station when I was leaving. And day before the landlord invited me for a delicious sushi. Thank you!

After reading a previous review I was concerned about the property but I needn’t have been. The house was clean and didn’t smell. The design of the house is beautiful. So much space. 9 of us stayed for one night a friends 50th birthday. We were all so impressed with the size of the house. Lovely large entrance with slippers laid out for us. Large lounge with veranda. The weather was lovely so we were able to sit outside. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed and more. Towels were provided and the shower was really large and powerful. The reason why we booked the house was because the karaoke room. It was great! A large selection of up to date songs. Disco light and aircon. A large load of bread, chocolates and some other food was left for us. The bread was delicious in the morning. The 11am checkout was really nice. We could relax in the morning before we left. The house is really close to the station so very convenient. Overall this house was perfect for our group of friends. We’d stay again.

The apartment is clean and bright. We were a group of 11 people and had plenty of room and the kids could all move around easily. The neighborhood is safe and clean , great for a family trip. Only a short walk to 2 major train stations, both metro and Osaka Loop line are nearby. There is a plethora of nice restaurants close to the house, something for everybody. Short walk to many grocery stores and other stores with necessities. The host is wonderful and helpful. They offered help with cleaning during our stay and made sure our stay was as pleasant as it could be. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, great host that was willing to accommodate some requests we made in advance. The house is really clean, great beds, nice living room/kitchen and everything you need is there. Direct environment is nice, Namba station near and even Dotonbori is within walking distance! 7 Eleven across the street and Family Mart or Lawsons within 3 minutes as well so take your pick!
