This is a wonderful place to stay. A townhouse in a gated community. The owner has done a remarkable job decorating. The koi pond, garden, and many Buddhas give it a Far East feel. Very Quiet and serene. The kitchen is modern and well laid out. The owner was there to meet us despite the late check-in.

The location of the property was exceptional. There are so many amenities nearby, from restaurants, shopping malls, public markets, and easy access to public transport. The resident is also located in a very secure and safe sub division with 24-hour gated security. Also, Sylvia, our host, was very accommodating. It was a very comfy house with complete amenities. We were able to enjoy our stay and the owner is easy to reach out and very considerate. Transpo going out the subdivision is easy too. Just one tricycle and you'll be able to ride different transpo going in and out of the city
