Cottages in Falun

We got a cabin placed directly at the lake Runn. Surrounded by forest, we really enjoy the calmness Sweden can offer. Great place to run, swim, rent a boat or just stroll through the surrounding. The cabin was really cosy. It consists of a one big room - kitchen and living room, two small bedrooms with beds and a maisonette - one room with beds. The stair is a bit steeper so watch out with small kids. We will definitely come again.

Charming cottage in rural location outside Falun. Decor is very tasteful and different with period furniture and wooden floors. Conveniently located close to motorway junction. Separate shower and WC and own sauna. Well equipped kitchen where everything worked. Lots of wildlife (deer in garden). Quiet but agricultural area so you have to make allowances for the odd tractor. Room is combined living/bedroom but big enough for two people. Hosts are very helpful and approachable. Lots to do in the area so makes a good base to explore from.

Cozy and cute cottage, with all basic amenities. No issue finding it and good communication with the reception for the check-in.

Very nice and clean cabin. Well equipped (even a dish washer). Terrace with grill. Great location outside the city, very nice lake. Sauna (extra cost).

Small, but charming and well equipped cottage in a really beautiful surroundings. Great place to cycle, walk in a forest, have a sauna or swim in a lake. Also good connection to Falun itself.
