I loved the Cozy Cottage and meeting Sue. The backyard is beautiful with inner tubes to float the river behind the cottage. I enjoyed all the amenities in the cottage and how easy it was to stay there. It was an easy drive to Hot Springs, grocery store, wind cave, custer state park, Mt Rushmore, Rapid City, etc. I will most definitely be back. Plus, I got to watch Netflix for free.

The cabin was small, but the surroundings were huge. Nice river flowing through the property.. swing at the property.

The cozy cottage was lovely and had everything you could need from air con to heat and all appliances like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and even a stove. It was small but perfect and Sue was such an incredible host. We loved it!

We stayed in the Cozy cabin which was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. Beautiful property with relaxing area by the river. The host , Sue , is great . She is super nice and makes sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute cozy cabin it had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. It was small but that was all we needed on our trip.

Backyard stream was a beautiful addition to the stay, very relaxing. Cabin was indeed cozy, perfect for one person. Located a stones throw from hotsprings proper, ideal for a home base for the southern black hills.

Cozy Cabin was compact but it had everything you need for your stay and very cozy. The area below the cabins is a wonderful place to listen to birds and sight wildlife while just chilling. We just loved sitting there in the evening listening to the rush of the river as it tumbled it’s way over the rocks ❤️Oh, and the cutest kittens we saw while we were there! ❤️
