The staff was so friendly and helpful with our tours and questions. The accomodation was beautiful and the breakfast was fabulous! It is a nice walk to the city center and a good area. Chillax is a great place with a wonderful staff. The lady on the front desk was really nice and advised us about places where to go and what to eat. The property is in a perfect condition, clean and comfy. Breakfasts were also good included in the price of stay. The room cleaning and towels change was every day. The location is also very convenient close to everything.

Wonderful, charming place. Secluded and in a calm area. Rooster is a rustic addition to the homey feeling. Host provided exceptional support, even welcomed us at 6am on our check-in day, booked trips and massages for us and went to a local breakfast with us. All in all highly recommended!

Such nice staff, their english is really good and they’re very very helpful. We rented a motorbike, a tour to Ba Na Hill and a train to go to Nha Trang. The pool is so nice and cooling. Hotel looks amazing and the room is very nice. It is a 10-15 min walk to Hoi An town.
