Everything is clean as well. Nicolás, the host, is very pleasant and helpful. The location is about a mile from downtown, so it's better suited for people with cars or who enjoy walking, but you won't find a place like this close to the city center, so it's well worth the trade off. Also, it's a really silent and peaceful neighborhood. And there's a good mini market just one block away. I definitely recommend Nicolás place.
