Amazing house with the nicest view on the Lake Atitlan, sunrise there was amazing, view on the multiple volcanoes around, and even on the Fuego. Host is nice and caring. Kitchen well furnished downstairs, hot water, terrace with hammock.. all what you need to forget about time. Around 10/15 min hike to San Pablo Center, and 40min from San Marcos. I totally recommend !!

The title of this property is no lie - and I don’t even think the photos do it justice. The view is absolutely incredible and a real pinch me moment every time you look outside. The hosts were so helpful with pointing out recommendations for day trips, restaurants and general tips for getting about. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable with all the amenities you need. Alfonso was lovely also, he kept the gardens immaculate and was always there with a smile on his face. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - it’s super easy to get to, a short water taxi from Panajachel and then a 1 minute tuk tuk up the hill. The only issue is that we didn’t book for longer!

Everything! Location (quiet - for relaxing), the house dogs, the many seating options, the garden and the hosts - everything was perfect for our stay.

Great place, very clean, host very helpful. The view is to die for. The place is an oasis of tranquility in a rough and ugly town of San Pedro. Highly recommended!

Great location and tucked away so nice and quiet. Property had good facilities although we didn’t have time to make use of them all. This property would be great especially for those looking for a base in the area for several days or more.

We had a fantastic three night stay here. These guys have really nailed everything a traveller wants - beautiful tents, comfy beds, most delicious breakfast we had in Guatemala and the views are spectacular. Everything was so clean including the bathrooms. It was beautiful waking up to the beautiful bird life all around.

Loved sitting on the upstairs patio and having breakfast. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook a couple of dinners. Beds were comfortable. Shower worked well.

It‘s a wonderful place with a super relaxed atmosphere! They offer yoga & dance classes at the place! I really loved taking part in the salsa & bachata class! You feel welcomed by both hosts and the beds are super comfortable!
