Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property is really good. We stayed in a room with a balcony and a lake view and the view was really amazing. It is very close to go to the lake and staff of the property is very friendly and helpful. They offer really amazing, homemade/fresh food in their restaurant. Since a lot of swimming places in croatia have stones and you need to have special shoes this lake was amazing because it is not stony and really comfortable to take a swim. It is very peaceful and good place for relaxing and meditation. Rooms are very clean and freshly done. The owner of the house offers a lot of different activities free of charge. This place is really amazing who wants to have peaceful vocation with a nice view and comafortable stay. The only disadvantage is that village by itself is located quite far from civilization and there are not so many places to visit around. To the closest market and village city is about 12 km but it takes to drive about 20 minutes.

The proximity to a great selection of restaurants, like Fife which is just around the corner a minute away, was a huge plus. For a relaxing drink, Teraca Bamba is right around the corner, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, ensuring everything went smoothly and as planned. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Luxury Villa Unikat with Seaview & Jacuzzi provides accommodation with a fitness centre and free WiFi. The property was built in 19th century and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Unique, spacious, gorgeous apartment located along the waterfront gave our family (parents + 3 young adult children) a chance to spread out after traveling together for a week. Three bathrooms, three bedrooms, well appointed, and convenient to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry stop. Easy access into the unit and great communication from the hosts. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying sunny days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept so well every night, which is so important when you’re on vacation. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, with plenty of birds singing in the morning – it was such a lovely and calming experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great hospitality. We hope to come back in the future!

The villa has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Villa is up on the hill just enough to have an amazing view over the bay, overlooking the Sevid peninsula. On the other hand it takes literally a couple of minutes to reach the closest waterfront, and all the beaches are within 10 minutes walk. Villa itself is brand new and features a beautiful and sizeable salt-water pool. The kitchen is quite expensive, and is fully equipped with all the appliances you could ever need on a vacation. There's even a hand mixer. There is AC unit in each room and they cool superbly. One bedroom is on the bottom floor, which makes it an easy pick if your company has pair of guests with difficulty climbing the stairs. The patio table easily fits 8, and includes comfortable chairs. Our welcome kit included cooled drinks, a beautiful basket of fruit and a huge watermelon as a highlight. We appreciated this greatly, but on the check-out hosts further surprised us with a gorgeous basket filled with some local cheese, fruit jam and olive oil! We've been to a few similar accommodations before and never experienced the care we were given here. We're thankful for that!
