This was the best place we have ever stayed at and we will definitely recommend it. The villas are furnished in a beautiful style, there is a smart projector with a screen in front of a bed, everything is new and clean. The breakfast was not only delicious but also looked so beautiful! However what impressed us the most was the Manager and his wife who took care of us throughout our stay at the villa. We have never met such fantastic hotel staff. Such great personalities! Toni took us snorkeling with turtles and it was the best experience during our entire stay in Indonesia, even though I am generally scared of water. He took care of our safety, was caring and told us a lot about the island. He knew these waters very well, showed us not only turtles but also a beautiful reef. He even took photos and videos of us under the water. He was the only local person we met who spoke English so well. We truly appreciate the time we could spend there and we hope to visit this place again!

It felt like we had our own little piece of paradise on the island! The breakfast was decent. The location was convenient and the cottage was very cute and quaint. They provided so much from chairs, hammocks, beach towels, etc. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Villa Kayu on Gili Air for my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by Gary, the owner, and Dian, the general manager. Their hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The villa itself is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and offering everything we could possibly need for a comfortable retreat. Dian went above and beyond to arrange a fantastic boat trip for my wife's birthday, allowing us to snorkel at several stunning spots where we encountered vibrant marine life, including plenty of fish and turtles. Upon returning to the villa, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture from the staff—a lovely handwritten note, delicious cookies, and a stunning birthday cake made entirely out of fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to end the day! While the villa is not beachfront, it remains an excellent value for money given its quality and the exceptional service provided. We would rate the villa a solid 9, with the staff deserving an unwavering 10 for their warmth, attentiveness, and generosity. The hospitality of the Indonesian people has truly left us in awe, making this trip an experience we will cherish forever. L’équipe de l’hôtel est à vos soins pour rendre votre séjour formidable. N’hésitez pas à prendre la plongée proposée par l’Hôtel, un temps fort de notre séjour.

Situé à Gili Air, l’hébergement Kaien Villas Gili Air offre une vue sur la piscine. Il propose une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une terrasse et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Il semblerait que cet établissement soit tenu par une petite famille adorable, ils prennent soin des lieux de manière très soignée. Le jardin est très joli, le petit déjeuner est très bon et préparé par l’un des membres de la famille. La localisation est parfaite prêt du port, et pas loin de tout à vélo, que l’on peut louer sur place d’ailleurs. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel a été au petit soin avec nous. Mille mercis encore à eux pour le magnifique séjour que nous avons passé à Gili Air 🫶🏼
