I rented the camper for 4 nights and everything was excellent. Communication with the owner was very good, the camper was delivered clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. We had a great time and we confidently recommend this service!

Everything, location, location, location....no15 bus to Reykjavik just down the street,,,we were a party of 5 so cooking was very important for us...the quality of kitchen equipment was top class ,house very warm as it was -12 outside,quality of beds was10/10...the view was a postcard....I'm glad I found this little gem,contacting host was simple and fast.....we stayed for 6 nights

The Glass House was a great space for my wife and I to spent the last four nights of our 3-week Iceland trip. It's perfectly setup for two people, with plenty of space to spread out, and located in a small grouping of other summer homes that give the feeling of the peaceful Icelandic countryside while only being a short distance to Reykjavík. The house itself is brand new and extremely clean, with a calm and serene color palette and huge windows for viewing the beautiful forest trees surrounding the property. We both really loved the geothermal hot tub, and spent each night listening to the snipes drumming and loons calling from nearby fields and lakes. Having a washing machine was very convenient, and the wifi was nice and fast (we work while we travel). We had a small issue upon arrival— the host quickly responded within minutes and was very helpful to resolve (even very late at night). I could tell that they care about their guests' experience, which was really appreciated. We visit Iceland often, and definitely plan to book The Glass House again on future trips! TIP: The nearby road (435) is a really fun drive in the summer, as you head toward Þingvallavatn— don't miss it! (I believe it's closed October - May)

Decoration is beautiful, the kitchen is great and the house is very confortable. It is not that far from Reykiavik but it is in an isolated and relaxed area.

We were tree couples and two children and the house was comfortable and big enough to us. The house is completely equipped and are a typical residence home of a Icelander family. We used the car available to be used by guests. The car is a minivan with eight seats, it's an old Hyundai in good conditions and comfortable.

Offrant une vue sur le jardin, l’hébergement Nýlegur sumarbústaður/friðsæld comprend un jardin et un patio, à environ 50 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Reykjavik Art Museum: Kjarvalsstadir. Location was close to Thingvellir (25 min out) and also close to most north/western part of the island (30min) which was great to be closer to the ocean and other towns. The house was super cute and modern with heated floors (I think). The kitchen had all the extras you could need to cook or eat with a well-stocked pantry. There was also an outdoor seating are and jacuzzi which we didn't get to use but I imagine it would be nice to sit there. It was super windy outside so the noise is kind of scary but the house did not blow away in the end hahah. it was a great stay and very comfortable place!!!
