A little difficult to find...it is behind a very plain facade, but once inside it was a modern and elegant oasis in the city. Very calming and comfortable lobby. Gamini,, the manager, was so hospitable. They will prepare (with notice) lunch and dinner and you can eat in your room or the dining room. Nice refreshing swimming pool...part of the reason I booked here. My ground floor room had a private walled garden with a bench...so romantic. The room was modern and spotless. They had the best towels, pillows, and blankets of my trip thus far. I hated to leave...but will be back

Bed linen is offered. Our stay at Colombo VIlla was the perfect start to our time here in Sri Lanka. Despite our very late arrival from an international flight, we were warmly greeted at the front door and we slept so well in the super comfortable bed. The staff are very considerate and can't do enough to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is delicious and extensive, and they kindly catered for my plant based dietary needs. At the end of each hot day, the very clean pool was a treat to return to and refresh before dinner at a locally recommended restaurant. There is plenty of hot water and good shower pressure, very effective wi-fi connection in our room and they provided fantastic suggestions for getting to know the city. Most areas are walkable, if you don't mind the heat, or short tuktuk rides away. We are staying again on our departure from Sri lanka, and are very much looking forward to returning to Colombo Villa.

All aspects of the property were lovely - the lush green tea fields were beautiful and learning about the process of their tea was fascinating. The lodging area was clean, comfortable, and spacious - we loved the view paired with the indoor pool. The food was delicious - My partner is Sri Lankan and we enjoyed the Sri Lanka dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were continuously impressed at the flavors. The staff is kind and helpful. All around, this was a wonderful getaway from the city for a weekend and we’re excited to return!

The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

This beautiful 2BHK home is designed and managed by Suhini and her family.. just a 15-20 minute car ride away from the hustle of Colombo city, a 3minute walk to the nearest grocery (Cargills).. This cozy home has been decorated so tastefully, green plants around the property.. The house is very clean and tidy.. Super comfortable with soft bed linens, towels, pillows and mattresses.. A home cooked breakfast is available at an additional cost.. Suhini is very helpful and responds promptly to queries.. The detailed description of the property is accurate.. Will gladly book this stay again when I visit Colombo..

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering the perfect level of comfort. The serene surroundings and picturesque views make it an ideal retreat for nature lovers It's like stepping into a little paradise. The owner is an absolute gem. So kind, warm, and accommodating, which made our stay even more delightful. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway close to nature with exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be!
