We loved this hotel in a beautiful old building a few minutes away from the village square. It felt calm, quiet and safe, and we especially appreciated the fact that the owner offered to cook us supper the evening we arrived. She really went out of her way to make us comfortable, parking the car in a safe space, feeding us and so on. We are very grateful for her warmth and hospitality - thank you!

The host Catta is an amazing lady. She was so kind and organised everything for us including private transfer from/to Cuzco and visiting sacred valley on the way.
We can tell Catta put in a lot of thoughts into decorating the house and we loved our stay there. The house is spacious, clean and has a fully equipped kitchen if you wanna cook.
You also get amazing views to the valley from the deck on the 3rd floor.

Very comfortable beds and immaculately clean. We had issues with warm water and that took a while to fix but then all was good.

We were expecting beautiful… But this place is spectacular.
So much care and consideration has gone into the building of this valley retreat, from the beautifully landscaped gardens to the cosy and comfortable villas. There are even a couple of resident alpacas and three rabbits that roam the garden. It’s even more lovely than the photos show. Onsite housekeeper Yuly was so friendly and helpful, and owner Gustavo was very responsive with his recommendation for an excellent driver and transport for the 3 days. Both he and Yuly provided exceptional customer service.
Another reviewer commented that this is the best place they stayed during their entire 6 month stay in South America… I would go further and say this is one of the best places we have stayed all over the world (and we have travelled a lot). Thank you so much, we came a very long way to be here and we very much hope to return one day.
