Anže was a fantastic host—so warm and welcoming. He shared the best local tips for hikes, activities, and restaurants, and even offered us fresh coffee in the morning and gin & tonics in the evening. Such kindness made the experience truly special. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with thoughtful hospitality, Cabino is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

The property is soundproof and is set 22 km from Triglav National Park Information Centre. ​The cottage itself is brand new, incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need, beautifully furnished and comfortable. It was immaculately clean and everything was spotless. We were located in the peacefull neighborhood, only a short walk distance from a city centre, and on the right spot to all Soča valley attractions. What really made the experience, though, was the host. She was fantastic—very warm, welcoming, easy to deal with, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and are already planning a return.❤️

The spacious holiday home features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Its a cozy and private place, with a nice big garden. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. 3 separate bedroom, two have big, king size beds and one has 4 bunkbeds. Its not close to a main road so it was quiet as well. The grill is very old/basic, there is an electreic stove outside which was nice but not the cleanest. Also, there was heating and Air conditioning.

Met us upon arrival, in pouring rain, and assisted with checking in and providing information about the house. Very warm, friendly and helpful. The house is cozy, clean, and had every amenity needed. A basket of fruit was on the table, a couple of beers in the fridge, and multiple ways to make coffee in the kitchen. The location is excellent as a base for accessing the many hikes, waterfalls, an historic sites in the area. We would definitely stay at Edi Cottage again.
