The owner an elderly lady is very helpful and though she doesn't speak English she gets her son on Whatsapp and he speaks fluent English and is very helpful. Excellent value for money it is located 15 minutes from the Medina and 20 minutes from the bus station (walking). I believe they have another apartment nearby which is bigger and can accommodate more people and I am sure would be just as good.
