The most romantic getaway. the rooms are designed really nicely, very modern and clean. the staff are the highlight tho, they are genuinely happy to help you. slight issue with the door lock one day, but it was fixed in minutes. highly, highly recommend.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beachfront villa. The property itself is a dream - large outdoor living space, your own pool, and the beach just steps away. The inside had all the modern amenities including a minibar - soft drinks were free and replenishable as well as a large variety of teas. We lived the amazing breakfast spread each morning served to our villa, staff were very helpful and friendly, Riccardo and the kitchen staff were always available. We loved having lunch and dinner options available from the kitchen and we were pleased with the food when we chose to have it. It was also very easy to walk to local restaurants along the beach which were delicious and low cost. Many activities are bookable through the villa and we even availed ourselves of the massage therapist. It was also super helpful to be connected to a driver not only for airport transfers but also to get around the island. I will definitely return!

A big thank you to Chef Ochu for the delicious meals and the entire team at the restaurant. The wooden finishing in the restaurant added such a warm and unique atmosphere, making every meal even more special. The experience with the horses was another memorable part of our trip—riding on the beach was just awesome. Besides the place being spotless, the horses were well-maintained, and the trainers were charming and polite as well. Thank you, Royal Apartments team, for such a memorable stay! L’hébergement KKJ House se situe à Zanzibar City, à respectivement 1 km, 1,8 km et 1,5 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Musée du Mémorial de la paix, House of Wonders et Hamamni Persian Baths. A l'heure de notre arrivee on a trouve le responsable de l'hote Mr Munir nous attend sans aucune precommunication, ce qui nous a rendu un acces facile et fluide sans aucun retard. En ce qui concerne le logement est vraiment tres propre avec tout les equipements necessaires, spacieux de 3 chambres suffisant pour une famille, les douches sont dans chaque chambres avec de l'eau chaude. une zone de parking est en face du logement avec une surveillance 24h/24 par camera dont le monitor est situe a l'interieur du logement pour checking. Je reccomende ce logement surtout pour les passagers souhaitant passes une nuit apres l'arrivee ou avant un depart a l'aeroport.

The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.
