When we saw the word “glamping” in the title, we sure didn’t expect to find the list of amenities in these “TiPi’s”. Memory foam mattresses, towel sets, mini-fridge with freezer element, big screen TV, ceiling fan, a swamp cooler with a free bag of ice to get it cooling on hotter days, an electric heater for cooler nights, a propane gas grill, an outdoor cleaning station (with sink, detergent & a scrubber), and semi- private bath & shower facilities out the back entrance to our teepee. Just WOW. We did a luxurious, small-group safari in Africa a few years ago, and the lodging here could have rivaled what our safari provider had awaiting us each day as we crossed the savanna. The staff were friendly, attentive, and informative. The location was perfect, just outside downtown Moab, with close access to Canyonlands & Arches NPs. When we first booked months ago, the closest affordable lodging was 50 miles away in Monticello. On a whim as we began our travel, I checked booking.com and noticed two glamping TiPi’s available at Moab RV Resort. What a godsend - helping us avoid a multi-day 100 mile round trip from Monticello just to get near the parks.

Washer and dryer and hot tub were excellent perks. Nice quiet spot to come down off of the day of hiking in the summer heat.

Ruhig gelegenes modernes Doppelhälftenhaus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung nahe dem Golfplatz von Moab, rund 15 Autominuten südlich des Stadtzentrums - es existieren noch einige baugleiche Häuser in der Nähe, dennoch konnten wir "unsere" Haushälfte gut finden dank der mitgeteilten Adresse und Google Maps. Angenehm viel Platz (mehr als 150 qm Wohnfläche). Check-in problemlos mit Code. Leistungsstarke Klimanlage, bequeme Matratzen, Mückennetze vor Terrassentüren und Fenstern. Dass jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat, ist schon sehr komfortabel. Küche gut ausgestattet und praktisch in das Wohnesszimmer integriert; Tisch war groß genug für 6 Personen. Gute Geschirrspülmaschine, kräftiger Herd mit Abzugshaube, Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls in Küche integriert. Einziges Quartier während unseres vierwöchigen Aufenthalts in den USA, das einen Adapter für europäische Stecker im Haus hatte. Großzügige Terrasse (die wir allerdings nicht gebraucht haben). Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir (sechsköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

This was a great place to stay to visit Arches national park. It is just off moab high street so very quiet locaiton. The hot tub was very nice after a long day in the parks. There was also a gas barbeque which was nice to make meals on. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels.
