Check in and check out were flexible and stress free, which helped a lot with our schedule. The villa itself was bright, modern, and well maintained, and we felt everything was cleaned properly before we arrived. We made simple meals in the kitchen and relaxed by the pool in the evenings where it was quiet. It was reassuring to know that the host could arrange a car for us anytime we wanted to go to Lotte Mart or downtown.

I just had a enjoyable trip to Da Nang and stayed in a lovely 3-bedroom house. The place was clean, fully equipped and comfortable - perfect for families or groups of friends. The location was convenient, only 1km to My Khe beach, and surrounded by lots of good restaurants and cafes. The host was friendly, which made me feel really welcome. If I come back to Da Nang, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

This place is simply wonderful, just as other reviews have mentioned. It is definitely worth recommending. Everything is clean, well-equipped, and gives a cozy, homelike atmosphere. What we loved the most is the location, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It only takes about 5 to 6 minutes to walk to the beach. We also want to sincerely thank the team for supporting us during our stay. You all are some of the kindest and warmest people we've ever met. We'll be back for sure ❤️

Situé à Đà Nẵng, l’hébergement Kochi House, brand new 4BDR, 850m to the beach offre une vue sur la piscine. The beds were spacious and plush, with soft linens and a calming beige/green palette. Full-length windows let in the morning light, and I could walk out to the balcony to sip coffee while looking out over the neighborhood. It was quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly private despite being in a developed area. The bathroom was a highlight! Sleek, spa-like with green vertical tiles in the shower and a large stone soaking tub positioned beside a window. I took my time here, soaking in the tub while enjoying the view.
