We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful stone cottage in the forest. The house is very spacious, tastefully decorated and built with great attention to detail. Everything inside is both stylish and functional. I was especially impressed by the kitchen. It is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Opening the window and seeing the forest right outside was simply magical. The area is peaceful and quiet, and we loved watching the little lizards running around- so charming! Everything was spotlessly clean, and honestly, there is nothing to complain about. The covered terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy meals and relax, the beds are very comfortable, and overall the cottage provides all the comfort you could wish for. I completely fell in love with Monte Frío. It’s a truly special place.

The location is amazing, so relaxing. Also, inside de little house you have a fireplace where you can make a fire to warm yourself. The sound and smell of the fire in the night is amazing. Also, they have two small windows on the roof si you can see the stars ✨

I really loved this special little place. There is a wonderful atmosphere and it's perfectly located in Chio. We appreciated how there were so many things provided to make our stay comfortable. It's rare for me to want to stay in a place for more than one night, but I would be happy to stay at Casa Rural Merche for a week.

Perfect location for a nice quiet break. Would advise hiring a car to get to shops, beach etc. cooking facilities are good including a great BBQ. Prompt responses from the host. Would definitely and will stay again in the near future

Went to this hotel for a quick and uncomlicated stay to do some hiking tours at the Teide National Park. Check in was contactless and checkout during the night for a sunrise hike was possible as well. Clean room, would come again!
