This family-run hotel has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owner and her son were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were even invited to a small family gathering over the weekend, and everyone was so warm and friendly! It was such a lovely way to experience real Portuguese hospitality on our first visit to Portugal. The hotel is located a bit outside the town center, so having a car is convenient for getting around. That said, we managed perfectly well using the bus (there’s a stop right in front of the house) and returning by taxi without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Terceira who is looking for peace, nature, and a quiet retreat.

Delicious breakfasts with owners, local cheese, bread and pastry. We loved breakfast discussions with the owner Francisco and his wife about history and architecture. Accomodation had everything we needed. Cozy rooms in a shed in the yard, friendly cats, beautiful garden.

Un très bon lit confortable et une cuisine bien complète etaient parfaits pour deux personne. Le parking était très proche de la maison.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming and cozy place, and it was a truly delightful experience. The lady owner, Sandra, was incredibly nice and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The welcoming atmosphere was warm and friendly, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The Casa itself is beautifully maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and a well-kept garden that provided a serene and relaxing environment. One of the highlights was the food – on certain days Sandra prepares delicious meals herself. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and charming place with exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Sandra, for making our stay so special!

Offrant une vue sur la mer, l’hébergement Quinta dos Reis comprend une terrasse et un balcon, à environ 2,5 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Biscoitos. Un incroyable havre de paix dans les hauteurs de Biscoitos. Même si la maison mériterait un coup de frais, elle est typique et le jardin est hyper tranquille avec une terrasse couverte pour en profiter même quand il pleut. La maison est fonctionnelle, tout est là et tout est propre! Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et le propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions

We are very happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Terceira. Although it’s not a 5-star hotel, it is an incredibly cozy, clean, and authentic house with a beautiful flower garden. After busy days, it was always a pleasure to spend the evenings on the terrace in a peaceful setting. And many thanks to Barbara for her constant care and pleasant communication. Highly recommended!
