Hands down one of the best hotels in downtown Dubai. Easy check in process. Very spacious room with a city view, clean, pleasant lightning, very friendly and accommodating staff. The real highlight would have to be the staff at the club lounge. We greatly appreciate Augistin's attention to details which made our stay exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We loved the pool with the view of Burj Khalifa. We enjoyed delicious breakfast, complimentary lunch and dinner. We would like to thank the staff for being prompt and very accommodating. This hotel is definitely in our top 5 list for future stays in Dubai.

The location is perfect. The breakfast is absolutely world class. The staff, however, is the big bonus. They are so professional, friendly, discreet yet attentive. The facilities are absolutely 5 star. I cannot emphasize enough that the overall hotel experience is enhanced by the wonderful staff.

Really clean and in a good location. Staff was amazing. The pool area was just perfect with lagoon-pools. Breakfast was also perfect (best egg benedict I ever had in my life!).
