First of all - excellent employees, who are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very cosy, modern, clean. The location is excellent as well - it is in the heart of the old town, however metro station is just 5 minutes of walking.

He was incredibly helpful, assisting with my check-in and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail and knowledge about the hotel amenities truly impressed me. Throughout my stay, Djafar went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. His professional and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Whether it was making restaurant recommendations, arranging transportation, or attending to any requests or inquiries I had, Djafar executed everything flawlessly. Both Elchin and Djafar really understand the meaning of exceptional service. They were always ready to assist, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Their dedication and commitment to providing top-notch service sets a new standard for hospitality. In addition to the exceptional service, the hotel itself was outstanding. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with attention paid to every detail. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly luxurious and comfortable. Overall, I cannot express my gratitude enough to Elchin and Djafar for their exceptional service. They made my stay at the hotel a truly unforgettable experience. The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. the swimming pool is great and very clean. the facilities in general are amazing. The hotel manager was very helpful and understanding. Location is perfect.

Location, fantastic location. You are in the middle of the city, close to all the places. Nice team, you feel yourself like like in a friend's house and clean rooms. Totally hotel was new, quite the price was nice. Definetily will come back again.

This hotel is just starting out - you should go before it gets expensive! Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, nice staff, everything is quite new, parking on the premises, solid wifi.
