The staff was exceptional. I faced a serious difficulty, and they assisted me with all the procedures.

Everything was perfect. Nayem is very helpful and friendly. He's always there to give you a hand in whatever you need. The other guy working there (unfortunately I can't remember his name) also was polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well decorated. The location is great too, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. In 5 minutes, you're on the main road, with nearby food stalls, restaurants, markets, rickshaws, etc. It's 10 minutes walking to one of the main bus stations in the city, which was useful for visiting the Sixty Dome Mosque and Karamjal (Sundarbans). The breakfast was tasty and a good portion. Thanks for having us and keep up the great work!

The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Comparing with what my friends have said about other hotels, this is one of the best hotels in Dhaka.

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet, which is impressive given its location in the middle of Gulshan 2. The rooms are well-appointed; there is a rooftop pool (relatively quiet!); good in-house restaurants (that will make you something special if you require it!); and excellent staff. The breakfast is the best - the staff go out of their way to remember your preferences (and even hunted down soy milk for me!! Not easy in Dhaka!). I've stayed here twice now and have also booked my next stay there.

Everything was awesome, kind and helpful personnel, they are ready to help you in any situations. The location is good you can get easily the most popular places in Dhaka. And facility is great, pool, spa centre are perfect.

This is a true 4 star hotel. Great location. Great customer service. They maintained a 5star quality. Beds are comfortable. Large spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Easy to find in Cumilla.

Jatra Flagship Sylhet is fantastic accommodation in a very quiet part of Sylhet, but still handy to everything. Our room was so fresh and clean and of good proportions. There was a nice balcony and the view was out to attractive buildings in the distance and lots of palm trees. We have been travelling in Asia for 4 months so far, and our bed at Jatra Flagship was one of the most comfortable we have experienced (not so hard) and the pillows and linen were perfect. The breakfast was delicious, especially the aloo and paratha, along with fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There is a very nice kitchenette/dining area for guests to enjoy breakfast or reheat food from outside for lunch or an evening meal. But the best part of staying here is the kind and gentle service of the manager, Jahid. He helped us with onward train bookings and nothing was too much of a problem for him. I'm not sure who owns Jatra Flagship Sylhet, but let me assure you that Jahid is a huge asset to your business and you should feel proud to have him in your service.

The facilities were excellent but above all the people were warm. They were very polite and everyone was ready to help.
