We were 2 couples that stayed in this hotel for 3 nights after a week of hiking in the Chilean Patogonia. The hotel was fantastic with Karen, the owner, that gave us great feedback and response from the time that we first enquired about a possible stay there. They were very friendly and helped us with problem free return transport from Santiago airport. Pilar, the manager, was great with suggestions on what do do and were to go in Valparaiso, a city that is well worth visiting. Pilar’s wry humour was a great source of amusement ! The facilities and great view of the hotel over the city was great. We can without any reservation recommend a stay at ths exclusive small boutique hotel .

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home. Amazing location, Javier is always available and ready to help. The breakfast is really good and healthy! And the view ...stunning during the day and even at night with a shelter of shining starts! Suggest visiting the wine producer Alcohuaz!

We loved our stay at Hotel Faro Azul. Even before our arrival, Carolina, the host, contacted us via WhatsApp, which is very reassuring if you have any questions. The house is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, a wonderful terrace, and a gorgeous garden. The breakfasts, carefully prepared by Carolina or another hotel staff member, are excellent. Carolina, even though she does not live on-site, is very present at the hotel and always available: when she isn’t there, she responds very quickly to messages. We spent 5 days here and truly felt at home thanks to all her attentions. The accommodation is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from Valparaíso’s most beautiful tourist areas. It also offers a secure parking space, which is very convenient. The room is bright and heated, and the bathroom is superb. We also had the chance to enjoy a couple’s massage with two professionals in a spa room next to the house, which was an incredible and relaxing experience. We hope to return one day. Paula was wxtremely nice and helpful. The guesthouse is located very nicely on top of the city overlooking the sea. Beautiful restored old house with airy rooms. And good breakfast. We highly recommend staying here. Gracias a Usted Paula

Main thing was how friendly and welcoming the hosts were! Breakfast and the room were great but that is what really made it for us. They gave great recommendations of what to do in town and in the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our trip so far.

Beautiful location, excellent and very friendly service from breakfast to organizing excursions, delicious and healthy food. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are comfortable. It is a calm place to relax and rewind, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful nature. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
