Very convenient, the room has everything needed, brand new, very clean. 10 min Walking distance to the dominicus beach (wonderful) and some restaurants and bars. The village is calm and enjoyable. Very good value for the money The host is very nice and helpful

Everything was perfect 👌 The owners were so nice, accommodating, and made sure that everything was as perfect as possible! I can’t say enough good things about it. But I’ll try! A/C was ice Cold. Nice hot water in shower. Everything was super clean! Bed was comfortable. Security was great. Pool was clean and well taken care of. Very beautiful floral and fruit trees. Breakfast was delicious and very fair additional price. Owners had great recommendations for exploring the local area and places to eat. The town more felt safe to walk around than some other places we have visited, especially in the evening. The bungalow is walking distance to TWO great beaches and even a cave to explore!

Impeccable accommodation, comfortable bedding, a generous breakfast, and a very warm welcome from the host, who gave us excellent advice about things to do in the area and nearby restaurants.

Everything! I stayed with my husband and the facilities were so beautiful, a colonial house very good located in downtown. They gave us information about the city, good recommendations on restaurants and bars. They helped us by giving us more time to check out so we could have a bath before going to the airport. The breakfast was marvelous!! Very good food with a very good taste! I loved it. The people so kind and nice! I definitely will come back! Finally they helped us by booking a taxi driver for us to the airport with drinks to go (water, it was great for the heat)

I like all of the things at Camp David

My wife and I recently stayed at El Mambo for our baby moon (4 nights), and it exceeded every expectation. This hotel is an absolute must-visit. The architecture here is simply breathtaking and truly makes this hotel stand out. The design is a blend of minimalist modernism and classic colonial style. Our ocean-front view room featured stunning colonial-style windows that, when opened, made us feel like we were relaxing in a luxurious Spanish mansion. The entire aesthetic is immersive, but the absolute cream on the top was the soothing sound of the waterfall at night—it was a truly unique feature that put us to sleep every evening. Though the hotel is technically across the street from the beach, the views and immediate access were perfect. The staff at El Mambo are nothing short of sweet, attentive, and amazing. They made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. A huge highlight was the free daily breakfast. The traditional Dominican breakfast Tres Golpes was included, and it was consistently fresh and delicious. We also loved how super centralized the hotel is. We parked our car and walked everywhere for the entire four days. All the best local restaurants, bars, and shops are just a short, easy walk away. If you are looking for an unforgettable, intimate, and uniquely designed stay in Las Terrenas, El Mambo is definitely worth checking out. We can't wait to return!

It is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet peaceful vacation. Walking distance from the beach and from town, with very good restaurant options nearby. The included breakfast is delicious and the owners and staff are very nice and welcoming. A home away from home!

Exceptional – Babette and rest of the staff were very kind and professional, room was well equipped, pool and common areas nicely maintained. Beach is just a few minutes away, as is a great food truck park. Bonus points for Juna the cat. Wholeheartedly recommend both La Curadina and El Encuentro in general, probably our favorite place in the DR.

Great included breakfast served until 11:30. This grants freedom to sleep in or work around your surf schedule. The staff is superb. Service with a smile and more.The Superior Studios have kitchens and a large comfortable couch for lounging.
