The Hotel's Location was perfectly in a Business District and it was easy to navigate around the area to nearby Food Places.The Staff were also very hospitable & friendly & the lounge on the 11th Floor was a good place to unwind & relax.The Hotel was also clean & i enjoyed my stay with them.

A very neat and clean place to stay. The hotel is located in beautiful Tichy, facing kilometres of beaches from public and private and green mountains behind you. It has a great view all day and all night. You get to eat delicious food also just downstairs or a few steps away from the hotel. The location is perfect as it has many restaurants, traditional wear shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. We booked a family room since we were travelling as a family, and they gave us a cradle for our baby. So we enjoyed our beautiful balcony facing the sea. The room was incredibly clean, all the linens were clean, the smell was amazing, and all the amenities were provided in the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too. They are attentive and ready to help their guest. Thank you for our great experience. We will definitely come back again.

HOTEL RALF seems to be brand new. It is nicely decorated, very elegant place with modern designed interior.
The room is spacious & the bathroom is very comfortable regarding size(big) & functionality.
Bad is big & so comfy! I have had a good rest there.
Despite the traffic, it was not loud as the balcony door has soundproof glass!
The view from the room was so nice, especially during the night & you can see Martyr' s monument in the distance ,lightened in beautiful colors.
The breakfast was served from 6.30 a.m. which is great for tourists who go for early morning excursions as myself, at 7.am.!
The choice of food was really good, with some local specialties as well (local brad, cake, sweets, fruits etc.) & all other usual hotel choices on offer.
Wi Fi worked very well which was important to me.
There are some shops nearby -like pharmacy, vegan food store, grocery's etc.
I am especially grateful to the staff for their understanding & compassion for my situation due to many difficulties which I had undergone as a result of delayed /cancelled flights from Paris to Algiers.
I recommend hotel Ralf with confidence that you will enjoy your stay & I am sure I would gladly be back there next time.

I recently stayed three nights at Onyx with a friend. The moment we entered the hotel for the first time, we got an excellent service. Very attentive staff members, very friendly, offering all the important information. The room was absolutely great, very spacious, clean, well furnished, and what matters most to me, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was also very nice with a good level of food variety. As a non French speaking visitor, sometimes it was a bit more challenging to communicate with the staff working at the restaurant and explain my needs. The location of the hotel was really good, although not in the city center which was the reason why I did choose this hotel. I didn't want to be in the noisy city center. So I very much appreciated the location.
What really stands out for me in this hotel are all the staff members who were always very sweet, ready to help and to take an extra mile.
