The property is really beautiful, set on an island of Aswan. The welcomed me in like I was apart of their family and made it feel more homely. It is such a beautiful property and accessible only by boat. The island is beautiful. Plus their kitchen is incredible - the food was delicious! I would always recommend people to stay here for the peaceful atmosphere and the incredible sunrises over the water.

Everything was like a dream. The place, the view from the balcony of the room are amazing. Such a paradise retreat to go and disconnect from everything but with comfort. Rooms are clean and super new. Hot water and wifi super efficient. People there are so nice. They pick me up on a boat and organize a boat to go to Philae Temple. Breakfast also amazing!

Very good hotel, I enjoyed alot during my stay (my honeymoon) and I highly recommend for others.
Very good hospitality, enthusiastic staff, very good room services. I enjoyed alot with daily night shows. I liked all entertainment team (Hamza, Bibo, Ali, Suzi). I liked the food and helpful waiters at the main restaurant (esp. Alaa).

Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest.
Everything was perfect:
- friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment)
- spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate)
- very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all!
- live qualitative shows every evening (great artists)
- friendly and discreet entertainment team
- last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants.
We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys.

Mr Ahmed Elgammal from reception is friendly. Each staff is very good and offer support any time . Mexico food is really good. Whenever you’re lying on the beach or swimming pool, waiter ask you for drink.

Highly recommended!! Best class hospitality from the Hotel Management.Good Managers,they were warm, attentive and always willing to help which made us feel very welcoming.
