Exceptional value for money Great location Great staff nothing too much trouble

it’s just a perfect!!! everything, every detail, every person, every small thing was in highest level. The room was big and stylish, with so cool views. All team of hotel was like a family, with best level of hospitality and all time ready to help. territory of resort green, absolutely clean, and smart organized. Few swimming pools was clean every morning and it was just enjoying to be there. beach and sea amazing beautiful. the home reef 🪸 - it is even better, than you can imagine and for snorkeling and for swimming. about 5 restaurants of this resort - I must to write another post. perfect quality of food (and if you remember, it’s in Egypt), lot of variations every day, fresh and delicious 😋 and if you see “all inclusive” in this hotel it’s really inclusive ALL: good quality of fantastic cocktails, best coffee, lot of food - fresh grilled salmon, risotto with lobsters, beef Wellington, unreal fresh homemade bread, fresh mango juices…. and last thing, what made my holiday idealistic- SPA! if you can imagine, best massages from really good qualified people, with natural handmade cosmetic and full of care about your mind and body. I’m actually a big fan of SPA, and have a lot of experience in this topic, but it was one of the best, what I ever tried! 🫶 Ireally full in love with this cozy high level place ❤️

Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

Mr Ahmed Elgammal from reception is friendly. Each staff is very good and offer support any time . Mexico food is really good. Whenever you’re lying on the beach or swimming pool, waiter ask you for drink.

I am particularly impressed by the response time to any request made by guests. Through out my stay, the managers were anxious to receive requests from us and have always promptly responded to any such request.

Cool staff and amazing roof view

We liked the view that hotel has from the roof and all the staff was kind, Everything we needed, they brought us. It was easy to communicate with them. Overall, very good experience

Every thing were amazing we feel to much relax and we have special treatment from miss cristine and MR Ahmed we enjoyed too much, food was really good

Beautiful, brand-new hotel with stunning rooms and a fabulous beach. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

And the owners Ayman & Mohamed are so kind, they will make your stay just perfect : the food is delicious, they organize everything to visit the best places in town and to make you feel at home.
