The house is excellent with all the things you will need. Washing machine, full kitchen with 2 flames, refrigerator, an electric kettle and all the essentials including coffee, tea and suger. There are 2 bedrooms with a door between the kids room (2 twin beds) and the main bedroom. A small balcony upstairs and a larger one in the main entrance with 2 sitting hammocks and a small table. The living room is very large and nice. And the view is great There is also a beautiful road to walk and enjoy nature and the place is quiet and very private with a large garden with grass all around the house. The owner was extremely nice and helpful with everything, including informing us on a power outage and expected time for it to end and brought us matches to use.

Big and tasty Georgian breakfast, warm rooms(in late December), hot water, everything was clean, hosts were very helpful and hospitable, we were treated with homemade chacha and wine, great location 2 minutes from the castle and the city centre, room with castle view. Hosts offer trips to Vardzia or other nearby tourist attractions. I fully recommend it!

Amazing hospitality, great good, very welcoming staff and brand new rooms with everything you need. They also gave us a free private wine cellar tour and wine tasting.

It's bigger than the usual studio apartment and it's located at the street flocked by tourists

The staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service throughout, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and professionalism. It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

Our stay at Boutique Stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Natia - the host - made us feel at home with her warm and caring nature. Every morning, she personally prepared the most delightful breakfasts using organic products and even homemade dairy items, which added a unique and personal touch to our experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and its location in the heart of the city center made exploring so convenient. It was the perfect combination of comfort, care, and charm. We are so grateful for the hospitality we received and will absolutely be back for another stay. Thank you for making our visit so special!

A Big thanks to the owner Mr.gorgi and his sweet family,we stayed one night the rooms were Big enough plus sofa bed able to accommodate one more adult very comfortable room as the hotel is modified like chalets with a beautiful modern touch, it's in the center just 200mtrs walk, once again appreciate the owner who makes his guests satisfied and happy

Excellent and very clean family run hotel with comfortable bed and good shower and a wonderful breakfast. The owners are helpful and kind hearted. The location is about 700m from 300 Aragveli metro station, from there its one stop to Avlabari two stops to Liberty Square. If coming from Airport, the airport bus 337 stops at 300 Aragveli metro.

Amazing stay and would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect. The winery tour and wine tasting (excellent, high quality wines!) were super interesting and informative — thanks to Marika. The place is well taken care of, with nice, bright rooms and beautiful surroundings. The terrace is a great spot to enjoy the views. We also had breakfast, great variety and very tasty. Enjoyed every moment at the winery. Thank you!
