I loved absolutely everything about this manor. It was refined-country, cozy, crisp, and sophisticated-for-Iceland without being pretentious or minimalistic. Painted wooden panels, lush couches and beds that you sink into, spacious bathrooms. Beyond the decor being truly attractive, the staff was always smiling and helpful. After a freezing trip under the Seljalandsfoss waterfall's spray, I felt my extremities again in their clean sauna and further rejuvenated in the pool looking directly out into the landscape. Food was delicious with intriguing combinations of tastes. Parking was free and plentiful, access from the main road was simple, yet removed from the fray. I highly recommend this hotel/manor.

I love the homey feel of the studio hotel room. It has its small kitchen were you can prepare your own food. A small living room to rest and relax after tours. And the option to do your own laundry.

The outdoor jackuzi and sauna was incredible. Very nice breakfast. There were local delicacies, and they were delicious. Also the interior architecture was very nice. Our best location during our stay.

Everything about this property is spectacular! Rooms are very modern and spacious. Beds are unbelievably comfortable and feel like sleeping on clouds! Staff is friendly and food, including breakfast, is nothing short of amazing!

The entire hotel was amazing. The rooms were really nice and clean. There was a common area with a kitchenette and some sofas where we ended up spending our evening.
There is also a restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast. The food was great.
Overall, it was an amazing stay with great views.
