The place is absolute wonderful with a great vision to keep getting better. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including getting local dinner - Sayadieh (rice and fish) and arranging a platter breakfast. He gave an extra blanket and as many bottles of water as required.
The place is central, near South Beach and accurate on Google Maps. The entrance is just from the top. It's actually a 5 min walk to the beach, 10-15 to where many snorkeling places start.
The owner has the Camel Dive Club so you can book scuba diving trips through him. He can also provide many recommendations on Aqaba being from there himself.

Location is more secluded than the other camps which you drive past so that is nice, you don't feel like you are on display. We went in August which was violently hot and the aircon only worked after dinner, along with wifi, but you can find some shade and sit there for the time being

It was our first time to visit Wadi Rum🏜.. It was magical.. The host (Ali) was at the reception. We organized our stay on WhatsApp with him. Everything was perfect.. The room was comfortable and the bed as well.. Everyone was friendly and helpful.. The food was delicious. We arranged a 3-hour tour and a camel ride🐪 the next morning. Everything was perfect. I recommend it.😍

Ayla’s camp hospitality is on another level.
Everyone went above and beyond to take care of us, organise our jeep adventures and be flexible with the timings.
The family environment made it enjoyable for my son who’s 3 years old and the camp tents were really comfortable too.
With so many camp options in the area, I’d recommend this camp.

What an amazing camp! The staff looked after us from start to finish and it was an experience of a lifetime. We did a 3 hour jeep safari with the sunset, followed by a beautifully cooked dinner. They then took us out at night for stargazing and a campfire. We then did the sunrise camel ride the next morning. All of these trips were amazing and the staff were all so lovely. I would definitely recommend doing everything whilst you are here, amazing value for money too. The bubble tents were very comfortable with gorgeous views of the desert and stars. Overall the perfect stay!
