Everything! The incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful staff made our stay flawless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, our expansive city views (Prestige corner room) were stunning - Tokyo Tower was so close and beautiful at night when it was lit up, the bathroom with its deep soaking tub and shower (rainfall, wand, and massaging jets) was loaded with amenities and toiletries. The pajamas and robe were soft and super comfortable. Service was attentive and gracious. We loved the breakfast buffet at Orchid - an extensive spread with both Japanese and Western offerings, delicious pastries, a station for made-to-order eggs, a nice balance of savory and sweet. There’s even a Lawson on street level of the building.

First day of a road trip in Okinawa: It took approximately 1.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. After a 10-minute drive up the mountain, the hotel is nestled deep within a small village. A peaceful and clean white room with well-designed facilities relieved the day’s tiredness. Getting into the outdoor bathtub and pool in the morning, you can see the distant sea and waves, offering a truly joyful experience.

Best stay experience ever! The staff took care of us so well, Japanese hospitality at it's best. Frankly, we have stayed at way more expensive hotels, but nothing came close to how we felt here. Top thinks to like about,
1) Great place with close proximity to Kamo river and pretty much everything interesting in Kyoto
2) Rooms are good sized and immaculate
3) Staff are well trained, speak English and well trained
4) Food, especially breakfast was absolute best! Please have it, especially Japanese one.
5) Nintendo library and make yourself a drink or a cocktail is mesmerising
6) Snacks and drinks if you feel peckish, pretty much anytime.
