- The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Siem Reap, within walking distance of the famous Pub Street and many other tourist attractions. As the hotel is a bit hidden away on a smaller road, it still feels very calm and peaceful.
- The infinity pool surrounded by big palm trees and comfortable relax chairs is one of the main highlights of the hotel! The water is a bit chilly, but perfect to cool down as it can get very hot during the day. The pool area feels like a small green oasis, allowing you to quickly escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy town.
- The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a big smile on their face. They are also more than happy to inform you of the different activities and book them for you.
- I did not have breakfast included, but had a fresh fruit platter at the restaurant. This must have been the best fruit platter I had during my stay in Cambodia. Very fresh and tasty! They also offer complementary afternoon tea and snacks, which are very tasty!
- Our room was spacious, tidy, and had everything needed (well functioning air conditioning unit and a safe for your valuable belongings). I enjoyed the simplicity of the room and the cleanness of the bathroom.

Heng was super attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. Water hot, beds comfy, pool outstanding and personal touches like tea, mango smoothies, cold towels on arrival and throughout was appreciated. Heng also helped us with transportation and tours. Super thoughtful and kind . Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very quiet and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool and restaurant were great, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our time without needing to leave the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips for sightseeing and dining options nearby. Overall, a perfect experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the principle behind the entire foundation of this place . Helping hands and creating a harmonious environment to promote tourism .
The entire hotel is managed by kind and warm staff who always have a smile from the wee hours of the morning to late night . They were quick to answer queries on WhatsApp . The afternoon tea was peaceful way to relax in the lobby area . The family room suite was huge and beds were comfortable. Super clean and functional. They use solar panels to generate electricity so have your shower in the day time if you like hot water .
Overall a fabulous initiative to support the local community.

I can easily say that I have never experienced this hospitality before ( and I have been travelling in SEA for decades). This family is absolutely amazing. Their care, their little surprises, the fantastic help in logistics, everything was over the top! The room was nice, very very clean, super comfty, and well equiped. The bed was also very comfty. The neighborhood is calm, but it is still in a walking distance from the city. The breakfast was excellent, they serve fruits from their own farm! I can highly recomment this hotel for everyone and I hope to return soon.
