The hotel was very well and tasted decorated, clean and comfortable and the people always willing to help with everything… and the vintage cars!!

From the first communication it was a delight. such lovely hotel, made you feel soo welcome. mr bunny showed us around the hotel and told us about the ethos. honestly it couldn’t have been better. lovely clean room, 2 swimming pools to relax by, breakfast was lovely. we even bought a buddha statue, we never normally buy stuff like this on our travels but felt this was the right place as there give so much to the community.

The staff were absolutely exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left. The residence was amazing and the beds were so comfortable! Highly recommend!

This is a really nice hotel! Dont be intimidated if you are an english speaker and can’t read the name of the hotel on the booking.com website. It’s Bavet-Mocbai Hotel. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Special thank you to Chris and Ruos Oly for their excellent service! I was having a tough day when I arrived. I was waiting on a evisa to cross the border and it didn’t process on time, so I had to stay near the border overnight. Chris sent some lovely fruit to my room after I checked in which was very kind and thoughtful. They also helped me get to the bus station in the morning after my visa came through so I could get to Ho Chi Minh City on schedule. Their care and attention to detail was really extraordinary! The room I stayed in was beautiful! It was large, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! So comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. The room lighting was perfect with lots of options to adjust. Spacious bathroom with all the things I might need. There was a desk area, small fridge and other refreshments available. After my stressful day, the staff helped turn my day around. I appreciate their kindness! It was a lovely stay, I highly recommend the Bavet-Mocbai Hotel.

This is one of the best places we've stayed in. It's affordable yet very beautiful. All of the staffs were very kind, friendly, helpful and very attentive to your needs. The service is everything! Everytime we arrive from our tours, we were given cold face towels and fruit juices. They can arrange your meals from breakfast to dinner and it's affordable too compared to the food in the city. Definitely a must place/bungalow to stay in if you happen to be in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
